The wisdom in Free Your Joy reached the part of me that was ready for the next adventure in my ongoing journey toward overall wellness. Even with all the pieces of my life in place just the way I’d carefully arranged them, my ability to recognize the joy in my everyday experiences was limited. With Lisa’s guidance, I have all the tools I need to elevate my “Joy Setpoint,” and with just a few weeks practice, I’ve already started noticing that I’m smiling more often and that I’m more accepting of the stuff I’d rather avoid. At the same time, my appreciation for small everyday experiences has grown. Free Your Joy has offered me a fresh perspective from which to view my life and the people in it. Thank you, Lisa, for being the teacher who appeared when this student was ready to experience increasing levels of joy.
